Bryan Raydon brings over 15 years of real estate development, investment, leadership, management, consulting, and analyses experience to the team. Bryan earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California.

Bryan began his career in real estate as an acquisitions specialist for a multi-family developer in Los Angeles, and then invested another three years with an oil and gas company. Bryan then served as a Senior Real Estate Consultant with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Consulting in Dallas. At E&Y, Bryan performed financial and feasibility analysis of mixed use, commercial, and hotel developments, with a particular focus on the securitization of troubled real estate held by banks in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Bryan lived in Canada and Mexico for several months, and while in Mexico, Bryan and his team developed a Private Offering Memorandum to solicit North American funding for a large portfolio of commercial and resort properties held by a Mexican developer.

In 1997, Bryan joined East West Partners, and, starting in 2003, served as Senior Project Manager of the Village at Northstar, the nation's first and largest LEED-certified mixed-use resort project, comprised of 213 residential and 60 commercial condominiums valued at nearly $400 Million. Bryan oversaw his projects' sales, marketing, design and construction, and negotiated commercial leases and resort agreements, established condominium associations, obtained subdivision improvement and subsidy bonds, subdivided land and airspace, obtained permitting, and managed hundreds of governmental conditions and approvals. Bryan spearheaded the re-launch and stabilization of an acquired distressed 21-unit fractional and mixed-use condominium project, and managed the complexities of the failed project with existing owners, developed a new fractional use, pricing, branding, re-design, and marketing plan, and obtained California Department of Real Estate approval. Bryan also managed the financing, entitlement, planning, due diligence, leasing, start-up and development of a $25 Million mixed-use project that included office space, apartments, a car wash, service station, quick lube, convenience store, and full-sized fast food restaurant. Following completion of this project, Bryan procured permanent financing on the project and subsequently refinanced the $4 Million equity portion of the project via a Private Offering, and managed the refinance of the permanent loan.

Bryan co-founded Marmot Property Management, which provides home care and management for over twenty resort assets for a large destination resort company, as well as several other high-end properties. Bryan also co-founded Marmot Home Design, a provider of home staging, decorating, remodeling and project management services for resort properties in the Lake Tahoe region.
