PRICING

Advisory:
Pricing for advisory services is subject to project parameters and work volume, but a general guideline is ~$6000 per week, assuming a full 40 hour per week engagement. Depending upon project suitability, we are of course open to converting a portion of our fee into project equity. Our fee is inclusive of most of our expenses, so you do not have to waste time wading through reimbursement requests. However, our fee does exclude air/rail/ferry fare (coach class for domestic travel, business class for international travel), standard rental cars (or 4-wheel drive for alpine/remote locations) and taxis, standard rooms at 3-star + domestic business hotels when overnight stays are required (4-star + for international travel as standards vary widely), and fees for consultants requested/required by our clients (e.g. lawyers, architects, etc.).

Investing / Asset Management:
Pricing for real estate investing / asset management services is outlined in the discrete Offering Memorandums for each block of properties offered. In general, Marmot's management fee for such offerings is 2% of the gross investment.
