A native of Placerville, Calif., Joel Prinz moved to Reno as a young child and attended Excel Christian School in Sparks.
Currently serving as a Property Manager, Joel brings years of experience as an entrepreneur to Marmot Properties. He built Lighthouse Coffee from a small café to a full-blown brand with multiple locations. This venture showed him how to properly market a business, how to work with people and is the driving force behind customer-centric approach to real estate.
On what he loves most about real estate: “I love the expression of individuality that architecture and design can bring, I also love working with people and in real estate, those things are combined every day as you navigate the industry.”
Outside of work, he has a dog named Emerson who he says, “is the best boy. He goes with me everywhere.” He also enjoys kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, reading, writing, playing music and is a massive fan of Batman and Dragon Ball Z.
