“Човекът е Човек, тогава, когато е на път” (“A person is a person, then, when they are on foot.”) — Penyo Penev
Stefano’s approach to real estate is that he’s not selling a house, he’s selling a lifestyle. The Bulgarian-born, Reno raised UNR graduate immigrated to the United States with his parents in 1994.
Stefano’s first obsession with real estate came as a teenager when he would binge-watch “House Hunters.” He loves the diversity that comes with a region’s growth, especially as it is reflected in the area’s architectural design and the ever-changing preferences of clients.
Outside of Marmot, Stefano travels extensively. He also loves being outdoors, listening to music, obsessing over food, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
