Josh Mosley

As Head of Construction at Marmot Properties, Josh Moseley brings over a decade of hands-on experience and leadership in the construction industry. Raised in Alaska, Josh developed a passion for building early on while working for his father's construction business. That foundation of hard work and craftsmanship carried through his academic career, earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Josh began his professional journey as a mechanical engineer, where he spent five years honing his technical expertise before transitioning into construction management. For the past seven years, he has led large-scale multi-family and commercial tenant improvement projects, overseeing complex builds from the ground up with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

With a deep understanding of both field operations and engineering principles, Josh is committed to delivering every project with exceptional quality and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Outside of work, you’ll find him in the great outdoors—whether it’s camping, hunting, snowmobiling, or jet skiing, Josh embraces adventure in every season.
