Stefano’s approach to real estate is not selling a house; he’s selling a lifestyle. The Bulgarian-born, Reno raised UNR graduate immigrated to the United States with his parents in 1994, discovering his passion of Real Estate from the moment he laid eyes on HGTV.

With nearly a decade of experience, Stefano is a licensed Realtor and permitted Property Manager, overseeing an ever-growing portfolio of 200+ investment units in MidTown Reno, with clients spanning the country from NYC to the Bay Area.

He is passionate about the diversity that comes with the region’s growth, especially as it is reflected in the area’s architectural design and clients' changing tastes.

Outside of Marmot, Stefano travels extensively. He is always taking on new design projects in his own home, spending time outdoors with his German shepherd Raya, trying new recipes, putting on a good record, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
