Tracy Goodsel

Tracy Goodsel started her love of real estate and property management almost 20 years ago on the Monterey Peninsula, working for Sotheby's and Carmel Realty. She eventually started her own property management company, focusing on the Carmel and Pebble Beach areas.

She and her family moved to Reno in 2012 with her husband's manufacturing company, and became part of Reno's small business network. Tracy eventually found her own place in the real estate and property management world again with Marmot. She is a skilled listener with great intuition, and brings unwavering professionalism into every transaction.

In her "spare time," Tracy is an avid hiker, and can be seen almost every morning on our local trails with her two dogs, Hogan and Mig. She is a wife, mother of two teens, a certified life coach, and one of the fiercest friends you will ever have.
